Trump confirms Witkoff's meeting with Putin this week
US President Donald Trump has confirmed that US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff will meet with Vladimir Putin this week.
In response to a reporter's question about when Witkoff will meet with Putin, Trump said: “Sometime next week.”
However, he did not specify the exact day.
