Vandals behead monuments to Lenin, Krupskaya in Poltava region
Unknown individuals beheaded monuments to Vladimir Lenin and Nadezhda Krupskaya in the village of Zhovtneve in Reshetylivsky district of Poltava region, in the early hours of February 24.
The beheaded monuments were noticed by locals, the local police told reporters.
"The people who have committed this act of vandalism are being determined," the police said.
A criminal case has been opened, the police said.
