Ukrainian-built infrastructure in Turkmenistan to last for generations, says Yanukovych
The infrastructure that is being built by Ukrainian companies in Turkmenistan will last for generations, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said during a tete-a-tete meeting with Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on Wednesday.
He said that while Ukraine profits from these projects, Turkmenistan will get facilities that will serve for a long time, the press service of the Ukrainian president reported.
In turn, Berdimuhamedov said that together with Yanukovych they would launch on February 14 the construction of several infrastructure projects that will be built by Ukrainian companies.
"In recent years, all Ukrainian companies have enjoyed a great deal of prestige," the president of Turkmenistan said.
