Tymoshenko's daughter to meet with European leaders in Strasbourg on January 23
Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko's daughter, Yevhenia Tymoshenko, will meet with the leaders of European organization in Strasbourg on January 23.
"I would like to announce that on January 23 in Strasbourg Yevhenia Tymoshenko will meet with PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon. She will also meet with Secretary-General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland. In addition, she will meet with the EU commissioner for human rights and the leadership of the Monitoring Committee of the Council of Europe," Deputy Head of the Batkivschyna Party, MP Hryhoriy Nemyria told a press conference on Tuesday.
"We think that the European leaders should get undistorted, real information about the situation in Ukraine following recent parliamentary elections," he said.
