Vlasenko to visit Tymoshenko on Tuesday

Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko's defense lawyer, MP Serhiy Vlasenko, is planning to discuss criminal cases opened against him with Tymoshenko on Tuesday.

"Unfortunately, we were informed about this only a day ago. I have not seen Yulia Tymoshenko since I received the information," Vlasenko said at a press conference on Monday.

"I'm planning to see her tomorrow to discuss all issues related to further defense in the case on [the murder of MP] Yevhen Scherban and the fact that they are likely to arrest me in about three weeks," he said.
