Ukrainians can declare their income for 2012 by May 1
The campaign for the declaration by citizens of their property and income received in 2012 started in Ukraine on January 1, 2013.
According to the press office of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, income declarations will be accepted by May 1, 2013.
The service noted that in order to simplify the provision of services to entrepreneurs, tax officers introduced the service that helps fill in a declaration electronically.
To use the service, the taxpayer needs an electronic key to digital signature and respective software that are provided for free.
"A special banner explaining in detail the procedure for filling in a declaration and its attachments has already been posted on the official Web site of the tax service (www.sts.gov.ua)," reads the statement.
