Yanukovych to congratulate Ukrainians on New Year, Christmas from Kyiv Pechersk Lavra
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will address Ukrainians on the television to congratulate them on the New Year and Christmas.
According to the presidential press service, the video address of the head of state was made at Kyiv Pechersk Lavra.
