Yanukovych appoints governors of Vinnytsia and Dnipropetrovsk regions
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has signed decrees appointing Ivan Movchan as head of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration and Dmytro Kolesnikov as head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
The decrees were posted on the official Web site of the head of state on Monday.
Mochan earlier served as deputy chairman of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
Kolesnikov previously worked as head of the State Agency of Ukraine for the Management of State Corporate Rights and Property.
