Boiko appointed Ukraine's vice premier
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a decree appointing Yuriy Boiko as Ukraine's deputy prime minister.
The decree was posted on the official Web site of the head of state on Monday.
Under another decree, Boiko was dismissed as Ukraine's energy and coal industry minister.
