Parliamentary chairman insists on individual voting
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, Volodymyr Rybak will insist on individual voting of each people's deputy.
Rybak noted that not everyone may like his position, but all parliamentarians have to stick to the legislation.
"Deputies have to submit for consideration legal proposals, work in committees, fulfill their election programs, and vote individually," Rybak said in an interview with the Rada Channel on Wednesday, according to the parliamentary press service.
He added that in case an MP disagrees with an initiative, then he or she should express this position by pressing the "Against" button and not to interrupt the parliament's normal work.
