Voting in local elections in Ukraine is generally held in compliance with electoral legislation, according to the OPORA civil network.

"If we talk about the quality of the electoral process in general, then according to our information, voting takes place, as a rule, on the basis of the requirements of the electoral legislation. Although some polling stations commit violations," OPORA analyst Oleksandr Kliuzhev said at a briefing.
