Batkivschyna's faction in new Rada to elect its leadership on December 10

A faction of the Batkivschyna United Opposition in the new Ukrainian parliament will elect its leadership at its meeting on Monday, December 10.

"I think the group will gather on Monday to decide all of the matters related to delegating people to committees, the faction's leadership and participation in [the parliament's] work," one of the leaders of the Batkivschyna United Opposition Mykola Tomenko told reporters on Friday.

At the moment the faction has not yet decided on its representation in parliamentary committees, he said. In addition, the seating arrangements in the session hall haven't been settled yet.
