Ukraine's transport infrastructure working normally, says ministry
As of 0800 on December 4, the traffic along public roads in Ukraine was normal, according to the press service of the Infrastructure Ministry of Ukraine.
"Despite the deteriorating weather conditions, the transport infrastructure and communication facilities (those for railroad, air, sea, and motor road transport and the units of the State Special Transport Service) are operating normally," the statement reads.
A total of 1,008 units of equipment and 1,747 people are working to maintain the roads.
The Infrastructure Ministry urged drivers to be more careful on the roads and follow the traffic rules due to the snow, rain and sleet, the press service said.
