An explosion has occurred in a three-story building in Odesa, eyewitnesses told Interfax-Ukraine.
At least one person was killed by the explosion, they said.
The Ukrainian Interior Ministry's Main Department in Odesa region has confirmed the fact of the explosion, but could neither confirm nor deny the information on casualties.
"A group of investigators have left for the accident site," Volodymyr Shabliyenko, the head of the public relations department of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's Main Department in the Odesa region, said.
