Zelenskyy: We have received more air defense systems

Ukraine has more air defense systems, but the Russians have started using ballistics much more, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.

"Look, in my opinion, the numbers we have - we have not had fewer air defense missiles. The Russians have had more missiles during attacks. We have had a little more systems. There is much more ballistics that Russia uses. And they get the component from, unfortunately, partner countries, from the private sector. But, nevertheless, we need to reduce their capabilities to produce these missiles," Zelenskyy told reporters on Tuesday.

According to the president, the Russians have increased the number of shaheeds many times, but the Defense Forces have increased the use of interceptors and mobile fire groups.

"We will find tools, we will eventually defeat the Shahed UAVs. But we must do it. We must - without this we will not survive. And as for ballistics, so far the key is only in the hands of the United States," Zelenskyy said.
