Air defenses neutralize 74 of 95 drones at night, hits recorded in 9 locations

Ukrainian air defense forces, during a massive combined attack last night, shot down and suppressed 74 Shahed-type strike UAVs and simulator drones of various types in the north, south and east of the country, launched by the Russian occupiers.

As the Air Force reported on Telegram, in total on the night of August 27 (from 20:30 on August 26), the enemy attacked with 95 Shahed-type strike UAVs and simulator drones of various types. The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Another 21 drones could not be neutralized. Hits were recorded in nine locations.

The effectiveness of air defense last night was 77.9%.
