Sybiha calls for preventing escalation in Middle East, recalls that Iran supplies weapons to Russia

It is important to prevent destabilization in the Middle East region, since the conflict poses a threat to global security, said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.

"It is important to prevent escalation and destabilization in the region. This is extremely important. And please do not forget that Iran is a country that supplies weapons to Russia," he said at a panel discussion during the GLOBSEC-2025 forum in Prague on Friday.

The minister stressed that this is important for the whole world, because this destabilization will affect global security.
