Zelenskyy: We’ll work to get all 19 air defense systems faster
Ukraine has not yet received all 19 air defense systems that are needed, but there is a significant number of systems that have been “guaranteed by partners,” President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.
“There will be additional air defense systems, we have confirmation, we have support. I'll tell you frankly, there are not all 19 systems yet, but there are quite a serious number of systems that have been guaranteed by partners. We will now work to get the systems to work faster, because there are very serious systems that we are constantly talking about, and some of them are undergoing restoration,” Zelenskyy said in comments following the results of the 25th Ramstein meeting.
The President clarified that this is “a matter of tools, how to restore certain systems faster.”
