There’s no support for Ukraine regarding NATO membership in bilateral document with Hungary
In the bilateral document on security between Ukraine and Hungary, there is no support from the Hungarian side for Ukraine's accession to NATO, so the document has not been signed yet, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"The bilateral document contains not only what one side wants. It contains what is important for security. For today and the future of both sides. It is important for us to support Ukraine in the EU. Hungary's support for Ukraine in NATO is important for us. The document does not currently contain Hungary's support for Ukraine in NATO. And since this is not the case, this document has not been signed," Zelenskyy said at a press conference following participation in the summit of the European Political Community in Budapest.
