Zelenskyy: There is clear understanding of steps to increase F-16s in Ukraine

Following a meeting with the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there is a clear understanding of steps to increase the number of F-16 aircraft in Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

"I held a meeting regarding our F-16 fleet together with the Air Force Command. There is a clear understanding of steps to increase the number of combat aircraft in Ukraine and speed up the training of our pilots," Zelenskyy said in an evening video address on Tuesday.

According to the president, all tasks for the Air Force and the Ministry of Defense have been determined.
