Prosecutor's office to ask court for uncontested arrest for suspect in Farion’s murder – dpty prosecutor general
The prosecutor's office has agreed on suspicion of the detainee for the murder of the member of parliament of Ukraine of the 6th convocation from the All-Ukrainian Association Svoboda, ex-lecturer of the Lviv Polytechnic University Iryna Farion and will insist on an uncontested arrest for the suspect.
"A notification of suspicion has been agreed on Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder). A motion has been submitted to the HalytskyCourt of Lviv for the election of a preventive measure in the form of an uncontested arrest," Deputy Prosecutor General Anton Voitenko said at a briefing in Lviv on Friday.
