Person killed in Russian drone attack in Kherson – prosecutor's office
A pretrial investigation has been launched into the fact of committing a war crime that caused the death of a person, the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office reported.
"According to the investigation, on December 22, 2025, at about 21:00, the Russian military dropped an explosive device from an unmanned aerial vehicle onto one of the streets of the city of Kherson. As a result of the attack, a man who was near the entrance of an apartment building died," the department said in a Telegram message.
Prosecutors, together with police investigators, are taking all necessary measures to properly record and document war crimes committed by the Russian armed forces.
