UN High Commissioner for Refugees Grandi arrives in Ukraine, visits Okhmatdyt
UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi announced his arrival in Ukraine as a sign of solidarity with Ukrainians, in particular, he visited the Okhmatdyt children's hospital damaged by the Russian strike on July 8.
"I am in Ukraine in solidarity with people whose lives are shattered daily by Russian attacks. It has been tough recently. I started my visit at Okhmatdyt pediatric hospital. No place should be more protected than a hospital for children. Yet, it was hit by a missile on 8 July," he said on the X social network.
