Zelenskyy introduces AFU Special Forces commander Trepak, Security Department's head Morozov to Commander-in-Chief HQ – decree
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree introducing changes to the composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Headquarters.
Relevant decree No. 457/2024 was published on the presidential website.
According to the document, commander of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Trepak and Head of the State Security Department of Ukraine Oleksiy Morozov were added to the personnel of the Commander-in-Chief Headquarters.
At the same time, former Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction, Minister of Development of Communities of Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov, former commander of the Special Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Lupanchuk and former chief of the Civil Defense Serhiy Rud were removed from the Headquarters.
The Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
