Rada lacks of votes to appoint Vitrenko as First Dpty PM of Energy
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has appointed Yuriy Vitrenko to the post of First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Energy of Ukraine.
The relevant resolution at a meeting on Thursday was supported by 186 MPs with the required minimum of 226 votes.
