Energy ministry, Energy Community discuss PSO on gas market
The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry of Ukraine and the Energy Community have held negotiations where they discussed public service obligations (PSO) on the gas market, unbundling of companies and some other issues, Deputy Energy Minister Natalia Boiko has said.
"Today we jointly with Ihor Nasalyk discussed the important issues, the settlement of which separates us from the full implementation of the large block of European integration liabilities, with the Energy Community and stakeholders for over two hours," she wrote on her Facebook page on Tuesday.
Energy Community Secretariat Director Janez Kopac headed the delegation of the European Community.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine extended the public service obligations (PSO) to sell natural gas for the needs of households and heat supply companies at the reduced price until the end of May 2018.
