Some UAH 9 bln allocated for preparations for 2017/18 heating season
Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said that in 2017 UAH 9 billion has been allocated for preparations for the 2017/18 heating season.
"Last year UAH 7.2 billion was sent for the preparations for the winter, and this year – UAH 9 billion. We have enough funds and local authorities have enough power," he said in an interview with Ukrainian Radio.
He said that on September 15, 2017 he will hold a phone meeting devoted to the preparations for the heating season.
As reported, earlier the prime minister said that 36,500 facilities of social importance are to be prepared for the heating season by September 1.
