All branches of the Ukrainian subsidiary of Sberbank of Russia, which were blocked by representatives of nationalist organizations, have resumed operations, the press service of the bank has reported.
"At present all branches of the bank have been unblocked. Two of them – in Kyiv and Zaporizhia – are preparing to resume servicing of clients and will be opened tomorrow [on Wednesday]. The bank's branch in Dnipro is operating now," the press service said.
All the rest of the Sberbank's branches are operating as usual, including in Sumy and Vinnytsia, which resumed operations earlier.
As reported, in mid-March, the representatives of nationalist organizations in the center of Kyiv walled in the entrance to the central office of Sberbank.
In addition, as of March 24 Sberbank branches in Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Sumy and Vinnytsia had been blocked.
