Kaspersky Lab liquidating subsidiary in Ukraine due to sanctions
Subsidiary of Kaspersky Lab (Moscow) Kaspersky Lab Ukraine LLC (Kyiv) has announced its liquidation under the decision of its owner due to the sanctions against the company Ukraine introduced on September 2, 2015.
According to a report in the Holos Ukrainy newspaper published on December 14, Kaspersky Lab Ukraine LLC announced liquidation under the decision of its owner.
Andriy Polischuk has been appointed liquidator of the company.
Claims of creditors can be submitted within two months from the moment of the publication of the announcement (until February 14, 2017).
