Cabinet approves action plan for 'Open Government' initiative implementation in 2016-2018
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the action plan for the implementation of the initiative 'Open Government' partnership in 2016-2018.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, the corresponding decree was made at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, November 30.
The plan includes activities in five areas. Among them, in particular, the improvement of services, improvement of the level of integrity in public administration, efficient management of public resources, the security of communities and increase of corporate accountability.
An establishment of a unified information system for monitoring the centers of administrative services is also envisaged.
'Open Government' partnership is a multifaceted initiative established in 2011, which is a platform for domestic reformers, whose purpose is to make their governments able to be more responsive to citizens' needs.
