SPF head expects tender to sell Odesa Port-Side Plant to take place late Oct or early Nov

Head of the State Property Fund (SPF) Ihor Bilous has predicted that a new tender to sell Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant will be held late October or early November 2016.

"We want to finish all preparations before September 10, and then take 45 days for holding the tender," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
