OPEC again defers decision on quotas due to production uncertainties in some countries
OPEC is still unable to decide on specific figures on production quotas as Iran ramps up production and Libyan and Nigerian production remains unstable, OPEC General Secretary Abdallah Salem el-Badri said.
Time is needed in order to reach a final decision on how much to produce, he said.
