Ukrainian justice minister denies receiving extradition request for Yerofeyev, Alexandrov
The Ukrainian Justice Ministry has not received extradition requests for Russian citizens Yevgeny Yerofeyev and Alexander Alexandrov as of yet, Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko has said.
"As of today, the Ukrainian Justice Ministry has not received extradition requests for Alexandrov and Yerofeyev," Petrenko told reporters in Kyiv on Tuesday.
He added that pardon issues were not an area of the Justice Ministry's competence.
