Yerofeyev, Alexandrov are fully exempt from criminal liability - source
Russian citizens Yevgeny Yerofeyev and Alexander Alexandrov, who have been pardoned by the president of Ukraine and have been handed over to Russia, will not be serving any terms in Russia, a source with knowledge on the matter told Interfax.
"If the president of a country has pardoned a convict, it means he is full exempt from criminal liability from the moment the document is signed," the source said.
