President will submit compromise draft Tax Code to parliament - Yatseniuk

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will submit draft amendments to the Tax Code to the Verkhovna Rada, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said at a cabinet meeting.

"Yesterday we with the president achieved the following understanding: the Cabinet of Ministers will finalize the relevant Tax Code. We will submit this Tax Code to the president of Ukraine and he, using his constitutional powers, will submit it to the parliament with the request to urgently consider it as a priority," he said.

Yatseniuk noted that the draft amendments to the Tax Code have 700 pages.
