DTEK cuts electricity supplies by 20.5% in Jan-Sept
DTEK of Rinat Akhmetov in January-September 2015 reduced electricity supplies by 20.5% (by 7.255 billion kilowatt-hours), to 28.146 billion kilowatt-hours, the company said on the website of the London Stock Exchange.
The transfer of power generated by DTEK in the reporting period decreased by 16%, to 33.572 billion kWh (excluding Krymenergo), and exports fell by 61.6%, to 2.665 billion kWh.
According to the report, coal production in January-September 2015 decreased by 25.6%, to 21.433 million tonnes, and coal exports fell by 71.4%, to 1.037 million tonnes. Coal imports for the period decreased by 64.7%, to 404,100 tonnes.
Coal processing dropped by 31.2%, to 14.660 million tonnes, coal concentrate production was down by 36%, to 8.918 million tonnes.
Gas output by DTEK in the first nine months of the year increased by 62.4%, to 905,100 tonnes.
