Cabinet upgrade list of medicines, medical products bought via intl organizations in 2015

The government has upgraded the list of medicines and medical products bought via international organizations using budget funds in 2015.

The updated list is outlined in cabinet resolution No. 940 of October 28, which amends cabinet resolution No. 787 of October 8.

In addition, cabinet resolution No. 940 settles some taxation issues for public procurement via international organizations.

According to cabinet resolution No. 787 of October 8, centralized medicine and medical product procurement will be carried out in 12 directions. It is planned to buy immunobiological preparations to prevent diseases; equipment to maintain temperatures for storing immunobiological preparations; medications for antiretroviral treatment of adults, teenagers and children; HIV tests; drugs to treat tuberculosis; materials to test for tuberculosis; drugs for children with hemophilia of A and B type or von Willebrand disease; drugs for children with inveterate viral hepatitis; drugs for patients with viral hepatitis B and C; drugs and food for orphans; drugs and medical products to treat children with cancer and oncohaematological diseases; and сhemotherapeutic preparations.
