UkrSibbank increasing charter capital by 3.5 times
UkrSibbank (Kharkiv, part of BNP Paribas Group) is increasing its charter capital by 3.5 times or UAH 4.466 billion, to UAH 6.239 billion via an additional issue of shares.
The bank said in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine that the decision was made by the bank's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on November 16.
The bank will privately place shares with a face value of UAH 0.01.
UkrSibbank was founded in 1990.
BNP Paribas S.A. (France) as of the beginning of October 2015 owned 84.9996% of the bank, while the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development held 15%.
The bank ranked 9th among 123 operating banks as of October 1, 2015, in terms of total assets worth UAH 38.084 billion, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
