Oschadbank losses in 2014 amount to UAH 8.5 bln

Oschadbank losses (Kyiv) in 2014 amounted to UAH 8.5 billion, bank board chairman Andriy Pyshny has said.

"Minus UAH 8.5 billion is the fiscal result of Oschadbank for 2014," he told reporters.

Oschadbank was founded in 1991. Its sole owner is the state.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, on October 1, 2014 in terms of total assets Oschadbank ranked third (UAH 113.682 billion) among the 166 banks operating in the country.
