Putin instructs govt to fully honor all loan, energy deals with Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to make sure that all financial and energy agreements with Ukraine are honored in full.

"I would like to draw the government's attention to what is concerning our Ukrainian partners and friends, namely the need to carry out all of our agreements in the financial sector, I mean our agreements on loans, and in the energy sector," Putin said at a conference with government members on Wednesday.

"I'd like to ask the government to fully implement all of our agreements," he added.
