Businessman Altman says he has controlling stake in TVi Channel

U.S. businessman Oleksandr Altman has said he is the final beneficiary of the British company Balmore Invest Limited (London), which owns a 95% stake in Media Info LLC, which in turn holds a 100% stake in TeleRadioSvit television and radio broadcasting company – the TVi Channel.

"I am the final beneficiary of Balmore Invest Limited, which, in turn, holds a 95% stake in Media Info, and Media Info, in turn, owns a 100% stake in TeleRadioSvit – the TVi Channel," he said at a press conference hosted by Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
