From 2025, all pharmacies must join the Affordable Medicines drug cost reimbursement program, said Ukrainian Health Minister Viktor Liashko.

"We are talking about making the Affordable Medicines program available at the place of residence. Previously, only those pharmacies that wanted to join the program did it, in 2024 we obliged all pharmacies located in healthcare institutions or on the territory of hospitals to join the program. And from July 1, 2025, all pharmacies must work with the Affordable Medicines program," he said on the air of the Doctor Bulavinova channel.

Liashko also noted that the Ministry of Health plans to expand the coverage of the Ukrposhta drug delivery program or mobile pharmacy points.
