Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has held a conversation with Philippine Foreign Minister Enrique Manalo on Monday and discussed with him various aspects of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and the Philippines.
“During our call, Secretary Manalo and I discussed ways to strengthen Ukraine and the Philippines' promising bilateral relations. We also talked about our cooperation in international organizations. Ukraine is interested in further deepening its ties with ASEAN and aspires to become the Association’s Sectoral Dialogue Partner,” Kuleba said on X.
