Kyiv expects next long-term EU budget to facilitate European Union enlargement – Sybiha
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha held a meeting with members of the European Parliament in Brussels, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported.
"We expect that the next long-term EU budget will facilitate the enlargement of the European Union," Sybiha said following the meeting.
"Among other things, we discussed ways to accelerate Ukraine's accession to the EU, strengthen our defense potential, and strengthen sanctions against Russia and, in particular, its shadow fleet," the Foreign Minister said.
