Ukraine to receive another batch of F-16 aircraft from Denmark by year end – media
The next batch of F-16 fighter jets will be delivered by Denmark to Ukraine by the end of this year, the Danish Ritzau news agency said, citing Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen.
"Denmark will deliver an additional batch of F-16 aircraft in the second half of 2024," the minister said in a comment to Ritzau after his visit to Ukraine.
The minister confirmed in early August that Ukraine had received the first aircraft. Their number has not been disclosed, but Denmark has committed to supply a total of 19 aircraft.
“As with the first delivery, neither the quantity nor the date is disclosed. It's for operational security," Poulsen said.
