Kyivmiskbud starts building mini city for 2 mln sq m in Kyiv

PJSC Kyivmiskbud (Kyiv), one of the largest developers of Ukraine, acted as an investor in the project for the construction of the Svitlo Park mini city with a total area of 2 million square meters at 2A Naddniprianske Highway on the border of Pechersky and Holosiyevsky districts of Kyiv.

According to the press service of the residential complex, the project provides for 23 comfort class multi-storey houses of 10 to 26 floors.

The total area of the land plot near the Vydubychi metro station is 20.2 hectares, the total living area is more than 500,000 square meters, the commercial area is 50,000 square meters. The complex is designed for 7,600 apartments ranging from 28 to 141 square meters.

The amount of investment in the project is not disclosed.

According to the report, the general contractor is Ukrbud Invest LLC, the customer is Equilibrium Trade LLC.

The project also includes the construction of seven kindergartens, children's development centers, schools, and a polyclinic. Commercial areas will include shops, a restaurant, a sports club, beauty salons, dry-cleaners, post offices and banks, pharmacies, a veterinary clinic.

In addition, the project foresees ground and underground parking lots and charging stations for electric vehicles.

According to the press service, soundproof screens will be installed along the territory of Svitlo.
