Liubov Maidanyk

Liubov Maidanyk is a Deputy Director of the IP Office (Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations, UANIPIO). She was appointed to this position on 15 April 2024, and before that, Ms Maidanyk headed the Development of Copyright and Related Rights Department at the IP Office.

Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of intellectual property. In recent years, she has been actively working in the field of copyright and related rights, in particular on the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with the EU acquis, and is a member of ALAI.
