Iliya Mikhailov
Ukrainian economist, ProZorro.Sale project initiator
Born on 4th of November 1981 in Kyiv.
Education. Graduated with honors in 2004 from Institute of international relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and received a Master’s degree in economics, qualification of international economist and translator from English.
Career. Began work activities in 2002 from the position of economist at CJSC “Boryspil automobile plant”.
In 2004-2009 occupied senior positions in different private entities, concentrating on project management, investment activities and development.
In 2009-2011 was a civil servant, leading the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine analytical department, and worked in the state sector of economy.
In 2012 was a project manager at Ukrainian economic reforms Fund.
In 2015-2016 pro bono adviser to the Ministry of finance of Ukraine.
In 2016 - 2019 occupied senior positions in the Consolidated sales office of Deposit Guarantee Fund.
Since 2019 – SOE “ProZorro.Sale”, Head of Supervisory board.
Sphere of professional competence. Development and implementation of competitive market creation and risk management strategies, project management.
