Since 2019 became a Board member of the Ukrainian Energy Expert Council, Deputy Chairman of the Public Council at National Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Commission of Ukraine, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of 100% RE Ukraine platform.

Mr. Konechenkov is one of the leading experts in the field of RE in Ukraine particular in wind energy. 28 years of experience in Renewable Energy sector оf Ukraine.

The author of more than 300 publications devoted to RE, energy efficiency and energy saving issues.

In 2018 awarded with “Ecotransformation-2018” (Eco-Oscar) prize for his significant contribution to the “green” transformation of Ukraine.

At the 18th World Wind Energy Conference in Rio de Janeiro Andriy Konechenkov was awarded the World Wind Energy Award 2019 for his outstanding achievements in spreading wind energy in Ukraine and worldwide.
