Ukrainian lawyer, politician, people's deputy of Ukraine for the IX convocation

Born on July 6, 1977 in the city of Brovary, Kiev region, graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev with a degree in jurisprudence.

He worked in legal and attorney companies, headed the legal service of Kievvodokanal, was the director of the legal and legislative department, State Committee of Entrepreneurs of Ukraine, carried out advocacy since 2002.

In 2019, he was elected People's Deputy of Ukraine in a multi-member constituency from the “Servant of the People” party (No. 48 on the electoral list). Now he works in the Committee on Legal Policy, Verkhovna Rada. He is currently chairing the subcommittee on the enforcement of the European Court of Human Rights judgments and alternative dispute resolution. He is the head of the Parliament working group on the digitalization of justice and related legal institutions in Ukraine.

Married, has two daughters.
